Welcome to Spaces by Art of Mondays (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our subscription services and digital products offered through spaces.artofmondays.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Spaces provides access to curated lists of unique Airbnb stays (“Listings”), delivered digitally as part of a subscription or one-time product purchase. Our subscription service grants ongoing access to updated Listings for the duration of your active subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services.

3. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions (e.g., “Entire World”) renew automatically at the interval selected at purchase (usually monthly) until cancelled.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or through the “Manage Subscriptions” section. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not refund past charges.

4. Content and Use

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the digital product for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not redistribute, resell, reproduce, or publicly share the content beyond your personal use.

5. No Guarantee of Airbnb Pricing or Availability

Listings include links and pricing information pulled from Airbnb. Prices and availability on Airbnb may change after we publish or update a list. We are not responsible for inaccuracies, price fluctuations, or booking outcomes on Airbnb.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Our refund and cancellation policy is outlined separately below. By purchasing our products or subscribing, you agree to those terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, data, and materials provided in Spaces are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these Terms or for operational reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past six months. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
